HelpEpic

Terms

HelpEpic provides independent educational, workflow and operational resources. It does not provide clinical advice, emergency medical support, legal advice or official Epic Systems support.

Independent service and trademarks

Epic is a registered trademark of Epic Systems Corporation. HelpEpic is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, certified by or sponsored by Epic Systems Corporation. References to Epic and other third-party marks are descriptive only. Named healthcare organizations are not represented as HelpEpic customers, partners or sponsors unless explicitly stated with authorization.

Local policy and authorized systems control

Organizations and users remain responsible for validating workflow guidance against their own approved policies, configuration, security requirements, contractual obligations, payer rules and clinical governance. Access, outages, security incidents, interfaces, production defects, protected configuration and clinical decisions remain with the applicable authorized organizational teams.

No PHI, credentials or confidential records

Users must not submit protected health information, patient-identifying information, passwords, access tokens, confidential screenshots or other protected organizational records to public HelpEpic tools or forms.

Free tools and Advisor

Printable job aids and the structured Workflow Advisor provide general operational guidance and first checks. They are not a substitute for organization-specific training, system documentation, internal support procedures or clinical judgment. HelpEpic does not guarantee that a generic workflow pattern matches a particular organization’s build or operating model.

Workflow Champions

Workflow Champions is a voluntary resource-sharing and recognition feature. Participation is not Epic certification, employer endorsement, clinical credentialing or proof of system proficiency. Users must share resources only where permitted by their employer, facility or applicable policy. HelpEpic does not pay participants for patient referrals, prescriptions, orders, purchasing influence, contracts or workflow-question submissions.

Paid services

Published prices and response windows are planning information and may be subject to scope, availability, acceptance, contracting and separate service terms. A response window means acknowledgment and the start of triage, not guaranteed resolution. HelpEpic paid workflow support is not an emergency or clinical response service.

Manager-facing analysis

Organization-specific Workflow Demand Reports and similar services begin only when an authorized buyer requests organizational work. Anonymous public-tool usage by itself is not proof that a named employer has a workflow problem and is not intended for employee monitoring.

Acceptable use

Do not use HelpEpic to bypass security controls, impersonate another user, obtain unauthorized access, make unapproved production changes, transmit unlawful content or interfere with the service. Public resources may be shared for legitimate workflow education subject to applicable employer policies and third-party intellectual-property rights.
